Terms of Service

  • ✿ In general, all of my sales are digital artwork (scan). Nothing is intended to be physically shipped, unless the client requests it. In that case I would have to charge an extra percentage since you will receive the original piece and I will have to cover the shipping costs.

  • ✿ You can show my work on external sites as long as it is credited. Commercial use of my works is not allowed. Its only for personal use.

  • ✿ You are responsible for saving the scan after the order is delivered.

  • ✿ I may take a maximum of 2 weeks to complete a commission. (The established times are estimates, if any inconvenience arises or if your drawing deserves more hours of work I will always let you know.)

  • ✿ Payment can be paid fully after first WIP or split into 50% after first WIP, 50% on delivery of final files.

  • ✿ I will send you WIPs, and you can ask me for any modification in the sketch stage and in the color samples, but not when I start painting.

  • ✿ The prices are estimates and may increase depending on character complexity and idea.

  • ✿ I reserve the right to post the illustrations in my social media after it has been delivered.

  • ✿ I reserve the right to use the final artwork for my own commercial purposes.

  • ✿ The scan will be sent in .png format via Gmail. Normally the scan quality will be 300 DPI, but if the client requires it, I can send the file at 600 DPI.

  • ✿ After payment, you may not ask for refunds unless I break these Terms of Service.

  • ✿ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

Frequently Asked Questions!

✿ How do I pay?

  • ✿ I take payments via Paypal. After you get the first update of your commission (the sketch), I'll ask for your email and send you an invoice. You can choose to pay the full price upfront, or one half first and the other half once I finish the artwork.

✿ May I ask for the original artwork?

  • ✿ Yes of course! But I would have to charge an extra percentage since you will receive the original piece and I will have to cover the shipping costs.

✿ How long will my commission take?

  • ✿ There are six stages: first the sketch, then I have to transfer that drawing to a 300 gsm sheet, then make color samples, color it, scan it, and send it to you! You will receive updates in each stage. The whole process may take a maximum of 2 weeks.

✿ What if commissions are closed?

  • ✿ You can message me through email or social media and I'll add you to the waitlist. This way you will be notified as soon as the shop opens again.
